Bio: Jesús completed in 2019 a 4-year Undergraduate in Physics by Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specialising in Fundamental Physics, although including many Complexity related subjects in his curriculum,. He then moved on to study the Physics of Complex Systems Master by Sorbonne, Paris-Sud and Diderot. He is currently an internship student of Dr. Chiara Poletto at INSERM, working on the COVID-19 pandemic.

Research activities: Jesús has interest in applying knowledge from Physics in an interdisciplinary way. He is keen on highly computational and data-driven methods in ecology, biology and socio-technical problems, mainly interested in complex problems and problems with added value to society. At the moment he is working with Dr. Chiara Poletto in the COVID-19 pandemic, producing a model to reproduce efficiently the complexity of the disease and human contacts in the society.
